Holistic Behavioral Health

Programs for specific conditions designed by marrying Technology & Evidence-Based Therapies - taking into account overall health (Mental, Physical, Social, Nutrition, etc.) rather than just symptoms. These programs are delivered by Licensed Psychologists and Certified Behavioral Health Coaches.

What is the Science ?

Behavioral Health coaching is based on research and evidence, you and your coach will use a proven system that significantly increases your chance of implementing behavioral changes that last a lifetime. Your coaches will tap into evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT etc. and Mindfulness Exercises. Together, you’ll assess your issues and determine the best plan of action, which may include referrals and coordination of care with other community resources.

How does it work?

Our coaches use the principles of evidence-based therapies to assist clients in altering their actions, reactions, and behavioral patterns. Using our platform, coaches can get a holistic view of their clients - mental, emotional, physical, nutrition, bio-feedback etc. This allows them to provide tailored treatment that leads to better outcomes.

Every session is recorded and accessible in the future, so that you can review these sessions when a similar issue comes up.

Although skills coaching can be done as needed, clients benefit most from ongoing every other week - coaching for accountability, building trust, and practicing skills.
